• Must possess the knowledge, experience and confidence to engage and professionally interact with the client and the national workforce.
• Must be professional and a personable leader committed to the overall objective and self-development within the company
• good understanding of the Company/project profitability reporting figures and relevant financial measures (gross margin, net sales, overheads and contribution margin).
• Good negotiating, organizational, presentation, interpersonal and complex problem-solving skills
• Good computer literacy skills with compulsory experience as experience of Office documents and with preferred experience from SAP/PM or other Maintenance Management software
• Fluent English verbal and written skills
• Knowledge on the occupational hazards, safety precautions and risk management applicable to the work
• Able to comply with different business cultures, able to work under stress
• Minimum 10 years’ proven experience from managing large teams. Relevant managing experience in Mining service is advantage
• Degree in engineering or management
• Experience of working for a multinational company and matrix organization; international experience is an advantage.
• Will work at surface but needs to visit Underground mine when required.
